General information: Good Kind Wenceslaus Apartment
This apartment was the first one I purchased in Prague and holds a special sentimental value to me. It was completely rebuilt from the ground up and only the best materials and equipment were used as I was planning to keep this just as a place for me to stay when I was in Prague.
It is a beautiful, luxuriously furnished and air-conditioned (functionally a 2 bedroom) apartment (92m2 + balcony) in the center of Prague. Located on Stepanska Street just across from the SAS Radisson Alcron Hotel and next door to the Lucerna Palac (still owned by the Havel family).
The apartment is ideal for both short term rentals and for longer stays as it's location on the 2nd Floor of a beautiful turn of the century building and is just steps away from Wenceslaus Square, hence it's name. There is a new but rather small elevator for your use in reaching the apartment. Security is very good for this building and the apartment has a fully functional security door.
From spacious the entrance hall one can access a fully equipped and modern kitchen. The kitchen is completely outfitted with near professional quality gas cook top and regular, microwave and convection ovens. All the cabinets are custom made and feature soft close doors.
The kitchen leads to a pleasant dining/lounge area with a unique rosewood dining table and seating and provides access to a balcony overlooking the central courtyard.
The apartment has a main large bathroom with jetted tub, towel warmers and underfloor heating. There is separate toilet area in the bathroom as well as both washing machine and dryer.
The living room is equipped with home cinema system with a large flat screen television with surround system and a dvd player. There is cable television with some English language channels.
The bedroom is equipped with a kingsize bed arrangement that can also be used as two singles. There is another flat screen television in the bedroom in addition to a walk in closet and another small en suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
There is two zone air conditioning to keep the apartment comfortable at any time of the year. We also provide all the necessary amenities such as iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses, tableware and just about anything you would need.
Sleeps max 4 (2 in the main bedroom and 2 on comfortable foldout sofa/futons).
Thanks to the apartment's central location, one can explore the city easily by foot and after a hard day's sightseeing or night partying, relax in the quiet ambiance of this apartment.
