We call this apartment the Swan and Cygnet because the original house was called the "House of the White Swan" in medieval times when most people could not read. Therefor they were informed by picture signs that showed animals or places or could otherwise identify the actual location. In Czech this house was "Bila Lubut" or White Swan. We used the Cygnet designation to denote the smaller of the two apartments as it seemed the appropriate thing to do.

General information:
Enter the centuries old building from a tree lined street and past a courtyard to the curved staircase that takes you up to the first floor.
The apartment has two separate entrances and its own kitchen and a kitchen area and two private bathrooms with tub/shower.
The studio side has a king size bed and the apartment has a custom made pull out sofa in addition to the king size bed found in the bedroom.
If you are seeking the perfect quiet residential location as a base for exploring the magnificent city of Prague it would be difficult if not impossible to find a better location. If you feel like a bite to eat you are just a few steps from some of Prague's finest restaurants and there is a small grocery store located just around the corner.
The apartment has been reconstructed to the highest standards and will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It has taken three years of hard work to restore and modernize this unique property.
We have provided antiques of 18th and 19th century along with original works of art both modern and historical.
This double apartment is comprised of one separate bedroom plus a studio area. The main bedroom is located between the two entrances to the apartment and can be accessed from either side.
There are two separate and fully furnished kitchens with modern appliances and two separate bathrooms (each bathroom has a bath as well as a shower).
Each apartment is completely furnished with the most modern equipment and antiques as well as original oil paintings.
Furthermore, the apartment is fully equipped with all required amenities and items for comfortable living - satellite tv and wifi throughout the apartment, air-conditioning.
The apartment includes iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle, dishes, complete sets of pots and pans for for those who love to cook.

Reservation Process / Payment terms:
In order to reserve and secure the apartment a 30% deposit is charged.
This payment can be made via credit card – Visa or MasterCard, or bank transfer.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, we offer the options of transfer in CZK, GBP, EUR.
Upon payment of the deposit, confirmation is sent directly to your email with all confirmed reservation details.
The remaining 70% of the balance is to be paid upon arrival in cash or via credit card.
Please note that we require a safety deposit of 350 EUR. This 350 EUR is immediately returned to you upon departure provided that there is no damage to the apartment.
A delegate is always on hand to accommodate you into the apartment, explain details related to the apartment, provide you with a set of keys and provide you with any additional information you require regarding your stay or the city itself. A delegate will also meet you upon departure to check the apartment, collect the keys and return the security deposit provided that no damage has occurred to the apartment as a result of your stay.
We are able to provide a shuttle service from the airport to the apartment and back.
